The technique of shaping iron with a hammer and anvil has been around for hundreds of years, creating an infinite number of everyday objects and decorative artefacts. Ronan and Erwin Bouroullec explore many variations of this technique in creating an advanced collection using iron structures and an array of different materials.
Material: The frame is built from galvanised wrought iron, painted in polyester powder or cataphoretically-treated and painted in polyester powder. Seat and back in standard injection-moulded polypropylene with glass fibre added (suitable for outdoor use) or in beech plywood. Also available in polypropylene covered in premium grade leather or in fabric.
Finishes: Premium grade leather or various fabric choices.
